The La Valle del Sole holiday farm is located in the heart of the natural and artistic Park of the Val d'Orcia, south of the Province of Siena. The farm dominates a broad valley characterized by a splendid view of the Tuscan hills and Mount Amiata, surrounded by the fortresses and bell towers of the towns of Castiglione d'Orcia, Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico and Radicofani.
It features comfortable apartments, a green garden, swimming pool and a small playground; but most of all the holiday farm's isolated, but close by, location that makes it ideal for those who want a quiet vacation immersed in nature's perfumes and colors.
It is fantastic for those who love walks in the country, excursions on foot or mountain bike and visits to natural and historic centers of interest; but also for those who love good cooking and want to get to know the traditions of Tuscany. We are only a few minutes away from the hot spring spas at Bagni Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo.
At dawn and dusk it is common to sight forest animals and you will often encounter deer, hare, fox and wild boar as you walk down the country roads.
If you ask, the discretely present owners will help you get to know peasant life and the local crops, sampling the vegetables and fruit in season together with Val d'Orcia wines.
The farm produces IGP (origin certification guarantee) extra-virgin olive oil.

The farm is directly managed by the owners who are available to help you get to know and appreciate country life and the phases of working, harvesting and transforming products.

Our farmhouse is located 3 km from the closest town (Castiglione d'Orcia) with other farms about 700 meters away.
The facility contains three independent apartments with their own green space and garden equipped with umbrellas, tables, barbecue and chaise lounge for sunbathing.
The garden contains a 6 x 12 m swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, a playground for the children and a bocce court.
