The complex comprises: the ancient estate village, La Bagnaia. dating back to the 1200s, and the even older historical customs station of Filetta, a high tech Events venue and Conference center, and the Buddha SPA.

The interior decoration is characterized by fabulous original pieces, all made to measure, following the designs of the owner, by master craftsmen. The fabrics used for the upholstery; the curtains, bedcovers and cushions, have all been made following exclusive designs.There is a clever marriage of modern furnishings and rare examples of Chinese and European antiques, part of the owner's private collection. The eight buildings of the Borgo have been restored with the same vision, resulting in 72 rooms (of which 7 junior suite, 13 suite and 2 presidential suite) all linked by the same chromatic theme of red and yellow and by the uniqueness of the furnishings.
