Gigliola, Dario and their children Veronica and Federico will be delighted to offer you their hospitality in their farmhouse which is situated at the foot of Pienza inside the artistic and natural park of Val d'Orcia. Lunadoro is a very big propriety (150 acres).
Gigliola and her family mainly cultivate corn and cereals and they can organise horse-riding, walks or mountain-bike riding along the natural routes in this area. You will be able to admire deers, pheasants, hares and other animals, that live free in the region.In summer evenings the family like to organise small parties and live music round the swimming pool.
Gigliola, Dario and the children live here and are always available. They like to maintain a good and happy relationship with their guests.
The apartments:
LUNA VERDE, LUNA GIALLA and LUNA BLU are the three nicely furnished apartments.Each apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room (in total twelve beds).The three apartments on the ground floor and each one has an independent entrance.The swimming pool is in front of them.There is a billiard room and a pergola by the swimming pool under which you can enjoy having breakfast, with home-made cakes and charcuterie produced in the firm.Is's possible to "divide" the apartment booking separately the two double rooms with private bath (the stay- kitchen acts, if that is the case, as "hall" and it's in common).It's possible to dine in an farmhouse, of family ownership, with typical Tuscan home-made cooking.
Activities
The farmhouse is situated inside of a big territory where, in addition to the cultivated parts, you will find a little pond for fishing, a grove equipped with pic-nic area and a riding course for our horses.The TRESA stream crosses our farm feeding the lake.We have a billiard room and a pergola for breakfast at the swimming pool's edge.
